The Gentle Way Of Hatha” yoga classes focus on stress-relief and relaxation. They are meant for beginners and those interested in a gentle style of stretching. The goal is to release tension from the body, create space in the body, and allow gentle opening and movement through the body.

Classes are currently held in Port Hope and Cobourg, Ontario.
