Join us?

I often give “SOTH” the occasional plug because I have been a member of this non-profit organization since 2015. During this time I have had opportunities to display and sell my art across Northumberland. My art has been shown in Cobourg, Campbellford, and Warkworth, at a variety of events and exhibits.

Since the end of May, I stepped up as the communications director for Spirit of the Hills. This has meant managing their social media platforms, and sending out a monthly members newsletter. We would love to have you join us!

This is my call out out to you as creators:

If you are an artist, writer, or performer I encourage you to join us. The annual membership fee is very reasonable, and it includes a profile page (these are great if you don’t have your own website, but also great to put your website link on if you do), opportunities to share your work throughout Northumberland county, as well as having us promote you and your events on our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). We actively network with other local organizations and events to promote our members.

We are hoping to expand the organization to include more workshops for artists, writers, musicians and other performing arts. We can always use new volunteers and community artists to share their talent.
